  1. 01 Students are requested to carry their planner when they visit the library.
  2. 02 Every student will be issued one book during their library visit.
  3. 03 The book issued has to be returned within 14 days i.e. on the date of return mentioned on the planner after which it will invite a late fee fine of Rs. 5/- per day till the book is returned.
  4. 04 If a student is absent on the day of the library book return he/she has to return it on the next day along with the leave of absence record.
  5. 05 In case the book is misplaced / lost or damaged, the same will have to be replaced.
  6. 06 All books should be deposited in the library on the last working day of the academic session.
  7. 07 Arrange chairs and switch off the fans & lights before leaving the library.
  8. 08 Maintain silence in the library.
  9. 09 Books will be issued in the library period and will be taken back in the library period only.
  10. 10 Students are not allowed to rearrange books in the cupboard.
  11. 11 Secondary section students can get the books reissued only after presenting on counter.
